The flight from Barcelona will take no more than half an hour.

The prices for Andorra real estate in the central Andorran streets (Meritxell and Carlemany avenues) didn’t go lower even during the crisis of 2008. In spite of high prices, it is not difficult to find spare trading areas here. The offers rarely emerge on the market and quickly find its new tenants or owners.
